Markland’s Manor House and Grounds celebrated its grand opening on Oct. 13, the date rescheduled by one week due to Hurricane Matthew. The evening included food and drink and guitarist Ace Winn, who performed for attendees. Markland is a new 345 home neighborhood developed by Hines that is located off International Golf Parkway. The Manor House amenity center includes a gathering room, card room, fitness room and pool with a zero-entry area, lap lanes and fountain jets. The grounds include tennis courts, parks, a central playground and a 30-acre lake network.
